Delivery Policy
Our products are shipped using DPD. Order by 2pm for guaranteed same-day dispatch with delivery expected within 1-2 working days, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
Express delivery is not guaranteed for Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland, but it should be with you in 2-3 working days.
7-day Satisfaction Guaranteed
We have a 7-day satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are not happy with your purchase and let us know within 7 days of receiving your products, we will provide a full refund. Please email hello@thehayshed.co.uk with your order number and email within 7 days to begin the refund process.
We are happy for you to keep the product rather than return it to reduce the environmental impact of mailing them more than once.
