Our products are shipped using DPD Next Day Service. Order by 2pm for guaranteed next-day delivery, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
Next-day delivery is not available for Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland, but it should be with you in 2-3 working days.
7-day Satisfaction Guaranteed
We have a 7-day satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are not happy with your purchase and let us know within 7 days of receiving your products, we will provide a full refund. Please email hello@thehayshed.co.uk with your order number and email within 7 days to begin the refund process.
We are happy for you to keep the product rather than return it to reduce the environmental impact of mailing them more than once.

All of our products use plastic-free packaging as standard, as they are shipped in cardboard boxes.
