Delivery, Packaging and Refunds

Delivery Policy 

Our products are shipped using DPD & Royal Mail, depending on weight & quantity. Order by 12 noon for guaranteed same-day dispatch with delivery expected within 1-2 working days, excluding bank holidays and weekends.

Express delivery is not guaranteed for Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland, but it should be with you in 2-3 working days.

Please be aware that multi-parcel orders do sometimes become split up when transiting through the DPD network resulting in them being delivered separately. Please allow 24 hours before contacting us regarding partial receipt of an order.

It is your responsibility to instruct the delivery driver on what to do with your parcel. Your options will be communicated via text or email. If you do not acknowledge the message or let the driver know what to do with your parcel it may be returned to us. If this happens there will be a £7 return postage charge which will be deducted from your refund.

In line with our environmental policy our boxes are made from recyclable cardboard and will not withstand being out in the wet.

If you change your mind after an order has been placed, we will take all reasonable steps to stop the despatch. However, if the item has already been dispatched this will not be possible.

14-day Satisfaction Guarantee

We have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please send an email to [email protected] including your order number within 14 days of receiving your products. If the product is defected or damaged, please include images of the damaged product, packaging and the shipping label within your email. Please do not dispose of the product until a resolution has been agreed.

Please allow 10 working days for any refunds issued.

All of our products use recyclable packaging as standard, with hay and bedding shipped in cardboard boxes.
