- To ensure we only keep the very best bits of our hay, it then visits the vacuum drum. It is sucked up a large tube and enters a big rotating drum which orchestrates the removal of the lightest and smallest particles of dust and debris. This leaves behind nice long strands of tasty hay and is a crucial step to providing dust-free hay for your pets.
