With Christmas just over a month away, The Hay Shed elves are working hard to prepare for the busy festive season ahead.
Our couriers are anticipating increased parcel volumes across their networks on the lead up to and during Christmas and New Year, which may lead to potential delivery disruptions. To ensure you have enough hay, bedding, treats and forage for the festive period and to guarantee delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing orders before 12 noon on the 18th of December.
Due to Christmas holidays for our team and our courier partners (DPD and Royal Mail), orders placed between the 20th of December to 5th of January will be dispatched on the following dates:
22nd December – orders from 19th of Dec to 12 noon on 22nd of Dec.
23rd December – orders from 22nd of Dec to 12 noon on 23rd of Dec.
29th December – orders from 23rd of Dec to 12 noon on 29th of Dec.
30th December – orders from 29th of Dec to 12 noon on 30th of Dec.
2nd January – orders from 30th Dec to 12 noon on 2nd Jan.
Normal service will resume on 5th January 2026.
If you have a subscription due to renew during this period but want to ensure you receive your hay before Christmas, you can alter your renewal date through your account. Instructions on how to do so can be found here. To ensure delivery before Christmas, subscription renewal dates should be set to on or before the 17th of December. Subscriptions not amended will be sent on the dates stated above, depending on its renewal date.Â
