Following DPD’s rise in shipping costs, we are pleased to continue offering free shipping on orders over £35. However, this is now only available to mainland UK postcodes, excluding Northern Ireland, and UK/Scottish islands.
This is due to DPD’s incredibly high price rise for their service to these more remote locations. To ensure customers in Northern Ireland and the UK/Scottish islands can still receive their hay for a fair price, we have decided to absorb approximately 50% of the shipping rate, no matter the value of the products ordered. Therefore, the cost of shipping shown at checkout for people living in these locations has already been reduced by a large percentage.
