Remove any stress and hassle of remembering to order when the last box runs out. You can calculate how large a box you will need and how often you will require a delivery, depending on the type and size of pet you have.
How does it work?
Step 1
Login to your The Hay Shed account using the email you subscribed with. To do so, click the account icon in the top right (highlighted in pink).
Step 2
Once in your account, you can select ‘Edit Subscriptions’ to edit an active subscription. If you would like to view current and past subscriptions, click ‘subscriptions’
Step 3
Scroll down and click ‘Select a subscription’. A list of your active subscriptions will then be displayed. Click ‘Manage’ on the subscription you wish to edit.
Step 4
You can update the renewal frequency and renewal date, by clicking the drop downs. Editing the frequency will only come into effect from your next renewal date. Changing the renewal date will alter the date of your upcoming delivery. It does not work on orders that are being processed.
Step 5
If you would like to add more products to your subscription, scroll down to ‘Select Products’. Here you can filter and search for the products.
Step 6
Click on the product you wish to add to your subscription. Select the quantity and click ‘subscribe’. This will add it to you order.
Step 7
To remove a product from your subscription, scroll up to the subscription summary. Select the dropdown next to the product you wish to remove and set to 0.
Step 8
To finalise and update your subscription, you must select ‘Update Subscription’. Your order will not be updated unless you click this.
