Rye Grass Hay is a fantastic choice for pets who need a little extra nourishment, with its naturally higher protein and fibre content helping to support healthy weight gain and condition. Grown on our family farm in Northumberland, this lush, vibrant green hay is full of long stalks and plentiful seed heads for a satisfying, wholesome feed.
Topped with our new & improved Superfood blend, this recipe has been carefully developed with the help of our in-house vet, Dr Lucy Robson, to deliver even more natural goodness where it matters most.
Blending Dandelion Leaves, Apple Leaves, Nettle Leaves, Echinacea Flowers and Stems, Parsley Stalks, Marigold Flowers, Rose Petals, Chamomile Flowers, Hibiscus Flowers, Milk Thistle and Dandelion Roots, this nutrient-rich mix is designed to complement the richness of rye grass hay. It provides added dietary support while encouraging natural foraging, making it a great option for pets needing a little extra care or simply a more nourishing mealtime.

Rye Hay is perfect for growing or sick pets as it has a slightly higher protein and fibre content than Timothy Hay. It can also be fed in smaller amounts to healthy pets to provide variety and stimulation. This sweet-tasting and gorgeously green hay is also bursting with seed heads.
The addition of our premium Superfood Hay Topper includes ingredients that have been carefully selected to provide the vital nutrients that small pets need.

What Makes the Hay Shed So Good?
Barn dried
Our state-of-the-art drying system allows us to control the hay moisture content and drying process. This allows us to remove the moisture while retaining the vital nutrients, sweet taste and green colour.
dust extracted
Your fluffy friends have delicate respiratory systems which can be harmed easily by dust, so we make sure to remove it from our hay through a mechanical packing system before it is sent direct to your door.
Muesli-free
Did you know muesli can cause issues for those little teeth and tummies? Rest assured that you will find no muesli in our products.
Eco-friendly packaging
